My Megan

Megan in Venus, all girls show choir. They are singing the Star Spangled Banner which is why everyone is standing.
Singing the beginning of her solo "If Only" from The Little Mermaid Broadway Show.
Tyler LeFant sang the part of Prince Eric
Wisdom (left) sang the part of Sebastian and Mr. Richard (right) sang the part of Triton. Mr. Richard has never sang with one of his students before so Megan was really shocked he said that he would sing with her. He did amazing!
Striking a pose before Athenians begins. Athenians is Gateway's best show choir. They are the ones that bring home the gold. :)
Megan and Sarah telling Tyler that they are right.
While waiting for a beautiful band of gold, a person can develop a cold. This is them saying "Achoo".
Right in the middle!
Look how gorgeous she looks!
The graduating class of 2009.
She did it!
The best of friends, Sarah Thomas and Megan Kelly.
The Three Musketeers, Sarah, Wisdom and Megan.
I love her so much!

I had the privilege to be in the states for my sister Megan's final choir concert and graduation. She is truly an amazing young woman. Watching her perform by herself or with friends was truly a treat. She loves to share her beautiful talent of music with everyone and I know it blesses the lives of anyone who's privileged to hear it. I was beaming with pride when I watched her receive countless awards for her incredible talent and it only increased when I saw how humble she was regardless of the amount. Megan and I share the same love of music so it was fun to be home to sing and play with her. Then to top it off, I was able to witness her stand among the few to graduate with academic and music honors then receive her diploma. She worked so hard and I'm so proud of her. Come September she'll be off to BYU Idaho to start college life. I know she will succeed whatever she sets her mind to and I have no doubt it will be something in music. I love you my Megan! I miss you like crazy already but I'm so glad I was able to see you as long as I did. Good luck at BYU-I and know I'm always thinking of you.
